Here are the results of the Final Voting for the 2009 NERFL Rule Book:
Proposal #1: League Fee
a) The current NERFL fee of $85 per team (with payout structure intact)

Proposal #3: Quarterback Scoring
a) The current NERFL quarterback rule of 1 point every 50 yards. 1point bonus for 300 yards, 3 more bonus points at 400 yards.
b) The proposed NERFL quarterback rules of 1 point for every 25 yards.

b) The proposed NERFL rule that allows 1 point per ten yards. And a bonus structure of 1 point for 50 yards, 2 more points (3 total) at 100 yards, another 1 point (4 total) at 150 yards and 2 more points (6 total) at 200 yards.
